| VDJ Server D3 Charts "dynachart" | D3/javascript-based plotting of some immune-repertoire profile data for VDJ-server. The VDJ genes help form antibodies which can be "custom-made" to specific antibodies as part of the adaptive immune system to help our bodies defend against antigens (e.g. bacteria, viruses, and other possible antigens). The system can be adaptable by using different genes in various combinations (hence "V-D-J recombination") to try different proteins against the myriad antigens. |
| phylogenetics | Other phylogeny projects/codes. I wrote a Java-based phylogeny calculation tool (relying on the PAL ; the phylogenetic analysis library). Using PhyML I also generated an animation of trees from the 'hill-climbing' aspect of the maximum-likelihood approach. |
